How to Start
If you're interested in incorporating more wellness practices, I would recommend starting by reflecting on what aspects of your life need focusing right now.
To do this, you can try:
Meditation: sit and listen to what your inner voice, body or surroundings tell you.
Writing: free-write without thinking or write a goals list.
Paint or draw: create an image of your ideal life.
To keep track of your wellness habits, you can add a tracker in a bullet journal. This way you can visually see what is in excess and what needs to be focused on.
