DIY Smokeless Smudge/Aura/Saining/Energy Clearing Spray

Clear Energy Without the Smoke!

Ingredients

You will need:

• Bottle with a mister (try to use an amber or miron glass bottle to keep ingredients fresh)

• Purified water

• Juniper, cedar, sage, and/or palo santo essential oil

• Salt (I like to use Pink Himalayan Sea Salt)

• Other essential oils of your choice (recommendations are listed below)

Optional Items:

• Small quartz crystals (or a crystal of your choice but please make sure they are water safe!)

• Floral water of your choice

Recipe

If you are adding crystals, place them into the bottle first. Next, pour the purified water or floral water into your bottle until almost full, leaving enough room to add the essential oils and mister on top. Next, add in some salt for additional cleansing properties and to help emulsify the oils with the water. For every 100ml of water, add about 30-40 drops of essential oil. Begin by adding 10 drops of either juniper, cedar, sage, and/or palo santo essential oil. Next, add in your other essential oils. Below I have listed some suggestions, but feel free to also mix and match a customized a blend that speaks to you!

For a grounding scent:

• 10 drops of Patchouli

• 10 drops of Neroli

For a calming scent:

• 10 drops of Lavender

• 10 drops of Vetiver

For an uplifting scent:

• 10 drops of Sweet Orange

• 10 drops of Grapefruit
