What are the 7 Main Chakras? Beginner’s Guide

Chakras

What are they?

Chakras are the centres of your body which process life-force energy. There are technically 114 chakras, but we will be focusing on the main seven. These energy centres are spiralling portals between the internal and external worlds which program the different aspects of our being. Much like a computer, the human body is loaded with software, and without electricity, everything would be useless. Life-force energy is our electricity and allows our hardware and software to connect.
