Practicing Self-Care, Community Care, and Earth Care

May we remember to not only pay attention to the needs of our own vibrational energy, but that of our community and our world. 

In what ways do you practice self-care, community care, and earth care? In what ways would you like to improve?

For myself, I listed the following:

  • Self-Care: Take a mental health day, meditate, journal, and get a massage.

  • Self-Care and Community Care: Laugh, listen, and talk with others.

  • Community Care: Be neighbourly, cook a meal for someone, check in on someone, volunteer.

  • Community Care and Earth Care: Shop local, plant trees.

  • Earth Care: Pick up trash, and reduce, reuse, recycle.

  • Earth Care and Self- Care: Forest bathing, use green beauty, bike rides.

  • Self-Care, Community Care, and Earth Care: Grow, share, & eat healthy food.
